We are Jo & Jonathan Scott. We recruit recruitment professionals for the UK recruitment industry.
Jo has been working in R2R since 2002. She works cross sector with recruitment companies that she's CHOSEN to work with. Some of them she's worked with for 15 years! She has a memory like an elephant, loves to get to know people and is generally glued to her phone.
Jonathan has worked in recruitment since 2005; starting in engineering and joining Jo in R2R in 2015. He sees solutions not problems, supports Hull City FC, is every optimistic and ran a marathon last year!
Yep, we are married. We live and work in Bolton (Jonathan will be pleased to tell you about his famous neighbour!) and are parents to two little boys.
In the last three years, we have placed candidates into recruitment roles within IT, Engineering, Construction, Office Services, Finance & Accountancy, Industrial, Driving, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Legal & HR.
We've worked to support people into their first role in recruitment, to change sector, relocations, in career advancement and to launch their own recruitment businesses.
